However in the event where you are displeased with the product, the following terms and conditions apply for a quick mutually consented resolution of the situation. We at Rengit coffee serve customers with utmost pride so that the below will never come into effect but just in the unforeseeable event, please browse through the below.
- We are 100% dedicated at Rengit Coffee to provide the best service and products, but sometimes mistakes happen and we are 100% dedicated to rectify them.
- All parcels, goods, products are hand checked individually before careful packing and shipment to ensure you receive your order in mint condition. However, there is a remote possibility that item might be damaged during delivery or wrong item delivery by mistake.
Returns and Damages
- In event that you have received a wrong item or damaged item, please contact us by email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packaging materials as well as the item itself. Any photo evidence of the state of receipt would be greatly appreciated.
- In the event that the damaged or mistake if from Rengit Coffee, a replacement item will be sent at the earliest possible timing with no extra charges. In the event where the original product ordered is not available, you may select an alternative item with top up in price difference and we will send the item at the earliest possible timing. No refund will be made on any differences or balance.
Guideline on Returns
- Do not send back a item without prior notice or verification from Rengit Coffee or no credit or replacement shall be provided.
- contact us by email within 24 hours of item receipt. Describe with specific details of problem in mail and include pictures, receipt, packaging material and item picture in original state
- Any shipping costs of sending back the product to Rengit Coffee above what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving them from us are the responsibility of the customer.
- Item/s are to be returned within 7 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing & in original condition. Any open/missing items will not be accepted. Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received.

- Always be sure to report your problem within 24 hours of receiving the item in question.
- Never send back a item without consulting with us. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
- Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.
- As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens during delivery and the package doesn't get delivered to Rengit Coffee, we are unable to rectify the problem. Thus kindly send though registered delivery service, forward the details to us and keep the consignment receipt till our receipt.
Item availability failure
In case of multiple goods and high volume of quantity being ordered, if the delivery is not possible for certain items, customers will be requested to select alternate items or if no alternate selection is desired by customer then customer will be promptly refunded against the non-delivered goods.
- All credits to be posted to a customer's credit card account takes about 3 to 5 business days to be processed. The corresponding bank of the customers may take about 2 business days to actually post these to the customer's accounts from the date we processed the credits. Customers can check these credits in their next credit card statement.
- Be extra alert when accepting parcel from courier.
- If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complain with the courier agency, so that we may pursue them.
- To help you track the status of your shipment, we will provide you with an order tracking number (for small parcels below 4 kg). You may check online status of your shipment via the courier company website.
- For bigger parcels (more than 4kg), delivery will take 3-5 days and if upon 5 days, items are not received yet, please kindly contact us via email or phone and we will track the item for you personally.
